What is a traditional Christmas meal in the United Kingdom?
A traditional Christmas meal, usually eaten in the afternoon, consists of roast turkey, a steamed vegetable (often brussle sprouts), roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing and bread sauce. For dessert, the British enjoy a dessert of Christmas pudding, a steamed pudding, heavy with dried fruit and nuts, and usually made with suet.
